My classes are generally slower and more gentle, and ideal for those who wish to explore being more present in their bodies. We explore relationships within the body, our holding patterns and finding our way to release these by noticing the way we relate to the ground ,with our touch and how we create space in the body for more freedom of movement.
I also include the use of mudras, chants and gentle sacred music, along with relaxation and meditation.
